Ideal for those new to fermenting! Learn how to make Crème Fraiche (sour cream), Yogurt (dairy and non-dairy), Kefir, Whey, Sauerkraut, Dill Carrots and Beet Kvass.
You will take home useful knowledge about our Gut Micro Biome, what it is responsible for and how we can impact it positively. You will gain hints and tips on how to incorporate fermented foods deliciously into your everyday meals, taking home easy to follow recipes.Afternoon tea provided, with fermented foods to taste!
